Personal data we collect
We may process account and profile data such as name, username, email address, phone number, birth date or age, gender, country, city, native language, learning languages, interests, profile bio, goals, occupation, profile photos, gallery photos, verification status, premium status, account creation date, and account identifiers.
We may also process usage and technical data such as messages, photo and voice messages, chat metadata, friend requests, likes, blocks, reports, verification requests, moderation records, notification tokens, device model, operating system, app version, IP address, language preference, crash reports, and security logs.

Please do not add sensitive or private information to public profile fields unless you are comfortable with other users seeing it.
Messages, photos, voice, and media
Messages, photo messages, and voice messages are processed to provide chat, show message history, notify recipients, investigate abuse reports, and protect safety. Private messages are not public.
Messages and media may be reviewed when a conversation is reported, automated safety systems detect risk, or review is required by law. Content that is abusive, misleading, threatening, harassing, or illegal may be removed and accounts may be restricted or deleted.
Location, map, and travel matching
If you enable location features, we may use approximate or precise location to show nearby users, operate map discovery, rank results by distance, and support travel matching. We may also process selected city, country, travel dates, and destination information.
You can disable location permissions in your device settings. Doing so may limit map, nearby people, and travel matching features.
Verification, safety, and moderation
Speakart is designed as an 18+ community. We may process account verification, profile photo review, age and eligibility checks, user reports, block records, safety signals, and moderation decisions to protect users.
Accounts that violate rules may be warned, limited, suspended, or deleted. Safety records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion to prevent repeat abuse and protect users.
Notifications and communications
We may send push notifications, in-app notifications, or emails about chat messages, friend requests, safety alerts, verification results, premium activity, account changes, support replies, and important legal notices.
You can manage push notifications through your device settings. Account security, transaction, legal, or service-critical messages may still be sent when necessary.
Premium, payments, and subscriptions
Premium purchases and subscriptions are usually handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, or payment providers. Speakart may receive transaction ID, product type, subscription status, renewal or cancellation status, and limited billing metadata.
We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies, SDKs, and analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember language preferences, measure traffic, understand page performance, and prevent abuse. The mobile app may use SDKs or platform services for crash reporting, performance measurement, notifications, analytics, and core app functionality.
